General Production Worker - $24 To $26/Hr
We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with substrate drawings and screen printers, managing chemicals and inks, and completing tasks with precision and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with substrate drawings and screen printers to measure scope for critical dimensions.
- Handle chemicals and inks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Create work logs and update timesheets accurately.
- Complete work by following written instructions and adhering to required safety rules.
- Perform setup, alignments, printing, firing, electrical tests, and breakdown processes.
- Proficiency in screen printing and microscope inspection.
- Experience with hand tools and chemical handling.
- Competence in computer operation for logging work and time sheets.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to learn new products quickly, work independently, and maintain high motivation.
- 1+ years of screen-printing experience preferred.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with companies like Federal Electronics, Quantic Evans, and others is a plus.

Work EnvironmentThis position is located in a cleanroom environment with a 2nd shift schedule from 3:45 pm to 12:15 am, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Opportunities for overtime are available if needed. The role is part of a supportive team in a well-established organization.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.20 - $26.40/hr.
