BOTH THE SHOP FOREMAN AND SERVICE DIRECTOR WERE PREVIOUS TECHNICIANS! We have a huge opportunity for a certified flat rate technician! This facility is the largest GM dealer in the area. We have a loyal customer base, and fantastic customers. We are looking for someone that appreciates a family feel, and being part of a close knit team. Copeland is a single owner group that is rapidly expanding. We are looking for technicians that want to be part of a long-term family. This is one of 3 current Copeland Chevy dealerships. We work together with them to help obtain parts and diagnostic information in a timely manner. The ideal candidate:- 3-5 years with GM (Cadillac, Buick, GMC all ok)
- ASE’s and/or GM certifications a plus
- Previous experience working flat rate
- Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license
- Top notch pay, flat rate starting at $30 an hour. Up to $50+ for Master’s.
- Sign on bonus up to $2000.
- 2 bays
- Flexible schedule.
