- Perform tire installations, repairs, and rotations on-site for commercial trucks.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure safety and compliance of tires.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and work environment.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Previous experience in tire service or automotive repair preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
- Physical ability to lift heavy tires and equipment.
