Your Responsibilities Methunion Manor Cooperative is seeking a Property Manager to oversee 149 units of Project Based Section 8 and market rate housing in the South End area of Boston, MA. The community also consists of 5 commercial spaces. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include leasing, waitlist management, budgeting, annual recertifications, rent collections, compliance, processing invoices, resident relations, legal processing, vendor management, oversight of maintenance programs, and staff supervision. The property is a Cooperative and responsibilities also include working with the Board of Directors. Your Qualifications At least 5 years of property management experience is required. Experience with the Project Based Section 8 program is required. COS or CPO certification is preferred. Experience managing a cooperative community and/or working with resident boards is preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. MS Office experience is required. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000 depending on experience. Compensation & Benefits Maloney Properties offers a family-friendly workplace and healthy work-life balance.
