About the Role
This is not a routine retail position .

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Compression Fitter who can independently manage their patient pipeline, communicate at a clinical level, and deliver accurate, high-quality fittings.

You will work directly with patients, therapists, and insurance companies , ensuring proper product selection, fit, and documentation—while owning your results.

Training & Certification
We provide paid training and certification in compression therapy for the right candidate.

This is an opportunity to build a specialized clinical skillset and grow within a high-accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform compression fittings (stock and custom garments)
• Accurately measure patients and determine proper sizing
• Manage your pipeline: referrals, fittings, follow-ups, and reorders
• Communicate with therapists, physicians, and insurance companies
• Ensure accurate documentation, diagnosis codes, and order entry
• Resolve fit issues and patient concerns independently

What We’re Looking For

• Strong math and measurement skills (non-negotiable)
• Ability to communicate professionally with clinical providers and payers
• High level of accountability and ownership mindset
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Passion for patient care and clinical excellence
• Healthcare, medical retail, or fitting experience is a plus

Compensation

• Competitive base pay (based on experience)
• Opportunity for additional compensation based on performance
