Technology Solution Manager (Growth)

This is your opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic, global environment, surrounded by forward-thinking peers.The Technology Solution Manager (Growth) serves as a strategic liaison between go-to-market stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology capabilities. This role is responsible for shaping demand, aligning priorities, and driving value from technology investments that support marketing, business development, and client growth. The position focuses on understanding GTM workflows, identifying opportunities for enablement, and ensuring that solutions are effectively delivered, adopted, and optimized. The role exercises discretion and independent judgment in influencing priorities, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring alignment with firm strategy.
What You Will Do:
Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing, business development, and other GTM stakeholders.
Develop deep understanding of GTM processes, tools, and pain points to identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead intake, prioritization, and demand management for GTM-related technology initiatives.
Translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with product, engineering, and project teams for delivery.
Ensure alignment between GTM priorities and technology roadmaps.
Drive adoption of new capabilities through coordination with enablement, communication, and training efforts.
Define and track success metrics to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.
Establish governance structures, including stakeholder meetings and roadmap reviews.
Provide clear communication on priorities, timelines, risks, and trade-offs.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and user experience across GTM tools (e.g., CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics).
Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and UX teams to deliver integrated GTM solutions.
Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and service delivery within GTM Technology Operations.
Participate in strategic initiatives related to go-to-market transformation.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in business relationship management, technology partnering, or a related function.
Experience in a professional services or law firm environment preferred.
Strong understanding of go-to-market functions, including marketing, business development, and client experience.
Experience in business relationship management, IT business partnering, or similar roles.
Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements and actionable initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience with demand management, prioritization, and governance processes.
Strong communication skills with ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
Understanding of enterprise systems such as CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
