Shift & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.00 / hour
- Expertly operate auto-scrubber machines and other floor buffers to maintain hallways and common areas.
- Perform stripping, waxing, and deep-cleaning of various floor surfaces.
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including sanitizing surfaces to high clinical standards.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning chemicals and floor pads; request orders as necessary.
- Proven experience operating auto-scrubbers and floor maintenance equipment is essential .
- Previous experience in custodial or floor care services preferred.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high-quality cleanliness standards.
