LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – Behavioral Health
Rate: Up to $2150.00 weekly
Location: Dedham, MA
8-hour Day or 8-hour Evening shift available
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience
- One (1) to three (3) years in specialty required.
Licenses/Certifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
- AHA BLS certification required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing and monitoring patients to ensure their health and well-being.
- Providing direct care such as administering medications, wound care, and assisting with daily activities.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educating patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and necessary care.
- Maintaining accurate patient medical records and following policies and procedures for quality patient care.
- Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice nurse, physicians.
