HERS Rater - Multifamily Green Buildings

As a Certified HERS Rater, you will be an essential part of our mission to drive sustainable construction practices and reduce the environmental impact of multifamily housing. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct HERS ratings and energy assessments for multifamily residential buildings.

• Collaborate with architects, builders, and developers to optimize energy performance.

• Prepare comprehensive reports with energy efficiency recommendations.

• Perform diagnostic tests including blower door and duct leakage tests.

• Stay current with industry standards and certifications.

• Certified as a HERS Rater.

• Knowledge of green building principles and sustainable construction practices.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in energy modeling software is advantageous.

• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
