Location: Falmouth, MA

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 13 Weeks

• Facility Type: Acute Care / Emergency Department

Shift & Schedule:

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Compensation:

• Travel Rate: $2,803.50/week (Negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while maintaining clinical excellence and patient safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver individualized care

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses

• Serve as a charge nurse and support staff orientation and training

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation

• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including infection control and safety standards

• Perform clinical procedures including IV starts, medication administration, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator care

• Attend staff meetings and mandatory training programs

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• Minimum 2 years of recent ER RN experience

• At least 1 year of ER travel experience

• Active RN license (state-specific)

• BLS & ACLS certifications required

• Strong clinical and communication skills

Preferred:

• TNCC, ENPC, and PALS certifications

• De-escalation training
