WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As our Private Club Head Chef, you'll oversee daily kitchen operations and lead your culinary team in cooking up amazing meals for our members. You'll maintain a quality-driven environment and ensure all food safety, presentation, and plating procedures are fully followed across all dining outlets. Collaborating with our executive chef, you'll help develop new seasonal menus and culinary programming to keep offerings fresh and enticing.

Attentive to detail, you'll coordinate effective food purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and sanitation procedures. You'll keep the inventory organized, rotate products to maximize freshness, and efficiently coordinate prep schedules to support daily productivity. You'll also support your team's development by training line cooks and prep cooks and providing valuable coaching to help them improve their skills and become more capable culinary professionals. Your efforts will be felt throughout our kitchen and beyond!

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of progressive culinary experience with a private club, hotel, or upscale restaurant
• Experience placing food orders, managing inventory, and tracking costs
• Strong culinary techniques and food knowledge
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds
• Proven leadership and mentorship skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

PRIVATE CLUB HEAD CHEF COMPENSATION:

• Negotiable, experience-based pay of $82,000 - $95,000/year
• Health, vision, and dental insurance
