Product Analyst
Kforce has a client in need of a Product Analyst in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
- Triage and manage incoming support tickets, partnering with end users and developers to resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to break down epics into actionable user stories and research initiatives
- Author clear, detailed user stories aligned with business needs and technical feasibility
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality against defined acceptance criteria
- Partner with the Change Management team to support user adoption and smooth transitions during releases
- 2-4 years of experience in a Product Analyst or Business Analyst role within a fast-paced, product-driven environment
- Experience working in or supporting professional services, finance, risk, or complex enterprise workflows
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Jira
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
