ServiceNow (HRSD) Business Process Consultant

Our client are an Elite ServiceNow Partner and they are hiring a ServiceNow (HRSD) Business Process Consultant for a 6 month contract located remotely in the U.S. The successful candidate will work closely with the organization’s clients to craft implementation strategies and pioneer groundbreaking HRSD solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design customized HRSD solutions.

• Lead project initiation, pre-work questionnaires, and design workshops.

• Drive process re-engineering and improvements to enhance employee experiences.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide guidance and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes.

• Influence stakeholders by offering strategic insights and innovative solutions.

• Develop and manage documentation, including design workbooks, user stories, and test scenarios.

• Perform risk assessments and address issues proactively to ensure project success.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Skillset

• 2-4 years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on HR solutions.

• Expertise in implementing processes and solutions in customer environments.

• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and provide thought leadership.

• Experience in requirements gathering and detailed process documentation.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Essential prior experience with ServiceNow or similar case management systems.

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Implementation Specialist (CSA, CIS); Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (preferred).
