Description This is a part-time physical therapy role within a collaborative wellness clinic that includes acupuncturists, chiropractors, and massage therapists. The position involves evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on care for a variety of conditions, including post-surgical recovery and chronic pain. It’s an ideal opportunity for a new graduate looking to gain experience or a licensed PT seeking flexible hours—particularly those returning from maternity leave or balancing other commitments. The role offers the chance to help rebuild and grow a service line within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and needsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansProvide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, and flexibilityMonitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryEducate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-careCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient careMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records (SOAP notes) Qualifications Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license and valid Liability insuranceThere's no minimum years of experience, candidate can be a new graduate Minimum Requirements • Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license • Valid Liability insurance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
