Serving students throughout the school year, this contract position located in Greenfield, MA, offers the chance to apply behavior analysis skills that support the development and success of children in an academic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy strategies under supervision to assist students with behavioral and developmental challenges.
• Collect and record data on student progress, communicating findings to supervisors and educational teams.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent behavior support across environments.
• Maintain professional ethics and comply with confidentiality guidelines in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance therapeutic techniques and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic contexts preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow treatment plans accurately and adapt to individual student needs.
