Overview of Concept:

The Bower Plaza in the Fenway Is Home to Three Concepts from Es Hospitality - Eastern Standard, Reopened After 15 Years in Kenmore Square, Equal Measure, a Craft Cocktail bar, and Standard Italian, a Modern Italian Restaurant. These Concepts, Helmed by Garrett Harker, Serve Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, and Late-night Drinks to Neighborhood Visitors, Bu Students and Faculty, Residents, and Restaurant Industry Professionals Alike.

About the Position:

Eastern Standard Is Seeking Servers Who Are Eager to Learn and Grow in a Dynamic Restaurant Environment. the Ideal Candidate Will Possess a Passion for Hospitality, Remain Constantly Curious About All Things Food & Beverage and Thrive in a Dynamic, Fast-paced Environment. As a Server You’ll Be on the Front Line Representing Eastern Standard and the Es Hospitality Brand. You’ll Be Responsible for Selling and Serving Food and Beverages to Guests in a Kind and Professional Manner, Providing a Memorable Dining Experience, and Ensuring Repeat Business. We Are Proud of the Level of Hospitality and Culture of Education We've Always Been Known for. As a Server at Es You Will Have the Opportunity to Continue to Learn and Grow Professionally Alongside Colleagues That Take Pride in What They Do.
