Associate DVM
Job Title: Veterinarian (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: Tewksbury, Massachusetts
About the Role:
Looking for a skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join their growing team. This role offers flexible scheduling (34 days/week), no on-call or emergency shifts, and the support of an experienced team of technicians and assistants.
This is a great opportunity for both experienced vets and newer grads who want to grow in a collaborative, modern, and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Conduct routine and complex surgical procedures (spay/neuter, dental, soft tissue, etc.)
Communicate clearly with pet owners and the medical team
Maintain medical records with attention to detail
Participate in collaborative case reviews and staff development
Tools & Tech:
Digital radiology (including dental)
Ultrasound
Therapy laser
Full in-house laboratory
EMR system (cloud-based, paperless workflow)
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree
Valid license to practice in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain one)
Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
A passion for animal care and a desire to grow clinically and professionally
Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
