Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and customer service? We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Managers to oversee our food & beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and an unforgettable guest experience. We are hiring for multiple locations, with many opportunities to grow with the Company.

What You'll Do:

Lead pre-shift meetings, review specials, and ensure staff readinessMaintain cleanliness, organization, and quality control in all dining areasOversee equipment maintenance and coordinate necessary repairsEngage with guests to guarantee satisfaction and address concernsManage budgets, inventory, and stock levelsSupervise, train, and develop restaurant staff, including hiring and performance evaluationsImplement health, safety, and sanitation proceduresEnsure compliance with cash handling and financial controls

What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience: Hospitality-related degree or 3+ years of relevant management experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration or career equivalent. Technical Skills: Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and labor scheduling. Certifications: ServSafe Certified Food Manager and Tips Certified Leadership Abilities: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills a must. Flexibility: Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
