- Lead or participate as Principal-in-Charge, Project Manager, Technical Advisor, or Quality Manager on major projects and research programs.
- Oversee project scopes, budgets, schedules, and staff resources, ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables.
- Coordinate across HMMH groups to balance staffing, workload, and cross-training needs.
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting project or program success.
- Supervise subconsultant performance and contract compliance.
- Ensure compliance with HMMH’s quality management program and provide technical review of deliverables.
- Mentor, coach, and support staff development, including recruiting, onboarding, performance feedback, and career growth.
- Provide subject matter expertise in aviation noise, environmental, or sustainability programs.
- Support financial management of the group, including P&L accountability.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex technical projects and programs.
- Recognized expertise in aviation noise, environmental, or sustainability issues.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving.
