Tax Manager - Waltham, MA
This opportunity is ideal for a Tax Manager with three to five years of leadership experience who enjoys guiding a team, working directly with clients, and operating in an environment that values collaboration and professional growth.

What you will do
You will manage individual and business tax engagements and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
You will mentor and support tax staff while helping build a cohesive team environment.
You will meet with clients to understand their needs and develop practical tax strategies that align with their goals.
You will stay informed on relevant tax changes and help clients adapt and plan effectively.
