Billie's, a classic American steakhouse with a modern twist, is opening in the heart of downtown Nantucket in late April 2026.
We are currently looking for line cooks who have a passion for preparing and executing high-quality dishes with precision and consistency. The ability to maintain a clean and organized work space is a must, as is at least 1 year of kitchen experience.
