JOB SUMMARY

The Wound Pros is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to drive high-impact initiatives that span multiple departments and directly influence organizational growth. This leader will own programs end-to-end, from shaping strategy alongside executives and the Board of Directors to ensuring successful execution across diverse teams. We are looking for someone who is not only an exceptional project driver but also a visionary leader who can anticipate challenges, align stakeholders, and deliver meaningful results that advance company-wide objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with senior leadership and the Board of Directors to translate organizational goals into executable programs
  • Define program scope, success metrics, and outcomes that align with strategic priorities
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration, alignment, and accountability across departments
  • Own the full program lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of high-visibility initiatives
  • Anticipate risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate challenges
  • Deliver clear and impactful communication to stakeholders at all levels, including executives and board members
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines with a focus on maximizing impact and efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating program performance and identifying opportunities for innovation
WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED
Experience
  • 5–7 years of progressive project or program management experience, ideally in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives that influenced organizational strategy or executive decision-making
  • Experience in strategic planning, change management, or risk management
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Management, or related field required
  • Master’s degree or advanced certification (PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent) strongly preferred
