We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage key financial operations within our manufacturing-focused organization. This role requires strong expertise in accounting processes and compliance, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to industry standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a detail-oriented environment and contribute to the company’s overall financial health.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Manage the general ledger, including journal entries and reconciliation of accounts.

• Perform detailed account reconciliations and bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.

• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring proper documentation and timely transactions.

• Prepare comprehensive financial statements in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

• Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate financial risk and safeguard company assets.

• Consolidate financial results and provide insightful analyses to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing necessary documentation and reports.

• Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes, general ledger management, and journal entries.

• Proficiency in account and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

• Experience with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.

• Ability to prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

• Familiarity with implementing and maintaining accounting policies and controls.

• Excellent analytical skills to consolidate results and provide actionable insights.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
