Role snapshot

About 60% technical, 40% administrative. You’ll perform and support repairs, lead PM efforts, manage parts and records, and align with HSE requirements—all while keeping internal customers satisfied.

Your impact

• Repair, install, and maintain facility and production equipment.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program; keep it on schedule with production leadership.
• Supervise on-site contractors for safety, compliance, and quality outcomes.
• Monitor inventories of tools, supplies, and spare parts; reorder as needed.
• Document work orders, inspections, and maintenance history accurately.
• Coordinate HSE activities to meet legal and company standards and pursue continuous improvement.
• Arrange external vendor services and parts procurement.
• Operate aerial/scissor/boom lifts to perform tasks at height.
• Interpret manuals, drawings, and work orders to execute maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose malfunctions using diagrams, OEM resources, and engineering documentation.
• Communicate effectively with machine manufacturers’ service and parts departments.

Must-haves

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Mechanical know-how with CNC machinery, servo drive systems, automation, and machining equipment.
• Microsoft Office (Excel included); background in scheduling and service coordination.
• Proven capability to install, maintain, and repair automated and computer-controlled mechanical equipment.
• Ability to perform simple electrical calculations; read blueprints/schematics.
• Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools.
• Experience operating forklifts and aerial lifts (PIV).
• SAP familiarity is a plus.
