About 60% technical, 40% administrative. You’ll perform and support repairs, lead PM efforts, manage parts and records, and align with HSE requirements—all while keeping internal customers satisfied.
Your impact- Repair, install, and maintain facility and production equipment.
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program; keep it on schedule with production leadership.
- Supervise on-site contractors for safety, compliance, and quality outcomes.
- Monitor inventories of tools, supplies, and spare parts; reorder as needed.
- Document work orders, inspections, and maintenance history accurately.
- Coordinate HSE activities to meet legal and company standards and pursue continuous improvement.
- Arrange external vendor services and parts procurement.
- Operate aerial/scissor/boom lifts to perform tasks at height.
- Interpret manuals, drawings, and work orders to execute maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose malfunctions using diagrams, OEM resources, and engineering documentation.
- Communicate effectively with machine manufacturers’ service and parts departments.
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Mechanical know-how with CNC machinery, servo drive systems, automation, and machining equipment.
- Microsoft Office (Excel included); background in scheduling and service coordination.
- Proven capability to install, maintain, and repair automated and computer-controlled mechanical equipment.
- Ability to perform simple electrical calculations; read blueprints/schematics.
- Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Experience operating forklifts and aerial lifts (PIV).
- SAP familiarity is a plus.
- Pay range: $30–$37 per hour + Bonus plan
