Director, Growth Marketing

Tiugo is the company behind CKEditor, TinyMCE, Uploadcare, and ButterCMS: developer tools that power rich content creation inside thousands of applications worldwide. Our primary audience is the builder, the developer architecting an application that needs an embedded, enterprise-grade content and AI layer, where governance, compliance, and control are not nice-to-haves but hard requirements. Behind every one of our products is a genuinely good story about solving exactly that problem well. Most of the world hasn't heard it yet.

The marketer we’re looking for

We want to educate, drive demand, and delight our ideal customer (ICP): product teams and developers at enterprises who want to use cutting-edge, developer-centric tools.

To accomplish this, we need to show up everywhere our ICP lives, both when they’re on and off the clock professionally. With content, conversations, and experiences that feel authentic, meaningful, credible, and ultimately drives demand (high-quality conversations for our sales team).

• You are an expert at getting in front of decision makers with high-quality campaigns across all formats and channels (predominantly digital).

• You can partner with highly technical leaders and builders and translate complex products into engaging content that both delivers lots of value and stops people from scrolling.

Where you sit

You report to the head of our Growth Marketing organization and work with tight pods built around a single brand: product marketing, developer relations, and the product team. But every function moves in lockstep on one mission: make the brand impossible to ignore. You'll be in the room with the people building the product and the people talking to developers every day. The raw material for great stories is right there; your job is to shape it.

What you’ll do

• Own the integrated content campaign strategy, linked to the broader growth marketing strategy

• Drive high-quality conversations and product adoption across our portfolio of brands. Predominantly through integrated campaigns.

• Translate our product capabilities into impossible-to-ignore content that leads with authenticity, credibility, and value. You’ll be delivering across formats, channels, and tactics—meeting our audience wherever they are.

• Implement an enterprise content system at scale that efficiently creates and distributes content to our ICP day in and day out.

• Fuel all growth marketing efforts with world-class content that’s optimized for every stage of the customer journey.

• Partner with product leaders, sales, and builders to architect content that hits on both the very technical and the business side of why our products are awesome.

• Define and drive towards measurement and concrete ROI across campaigns, content, metrics that are tightly related to revenue.

About You

• 7+ years of creating and leading digital content efforts at companies.

• Proven track record of generating high-quality demand with senior decision makers and leaders.

• A genuinely high bar for excellent content, built for the channels and formats that work in 2026.

• Ability to think in and build systems that efficiently result in hitting or exceeding our growth targets.

• Expertise in all digital channels (LLMs, Meta, YouTube, Search, TikTok, Reddit, etc).

• High degree of comfort on video and creating amazing content yourself.

• Experience partnering with technical product leaders and builders, ensuring that everything created is credible, deep, and technically accurate.
