Experienced Automotive Technician
Job Summary: Haddad Toyota, a leading automotive dealership in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, seeks a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, which offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $120,000 per year, paid weekly. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnosis at our dealership. Automotive Technician Compensation & Benefits:

- Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles using diagnostic equipment and tools
- Complete work orders and document all services and repairs performed
- Communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure the work area and tools are kept clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Keep up-to-date with new vehicle models and technologies through training and self-study
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician in the auto industry required
- Previous experience in mechanical repairs required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and tools
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
