What you’ll tackle
- Follow clear written and verbal directions to keep production on spec.
- Check and confirm item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities before and during runs.
- Document production metrics accurately on required forms.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready.
- Champion safety for yourself and teammates.
- Complete periodic computer-based training assignments.
Make an impact with
- Blending and extruder operations experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Leadership ability and team collaboration.
- Safe, proper fork truck operation.
Physical aspects of the role
- Lift up to 55 lbs.
- Stand for long stretches.
- Regular climbing, bending, and stretching.
Schedule you can count on
- Seven (7) workdays Every two Weeks- Week 1 (Sun, We, Th); Week 2 (Mo, Tu, Fr, Sa)
- Twelve (12) hour shifts- Day Shift 6:45am - 7:00pm; Night Shift 6:45pm - 7:00am
- Built in overtime includes Sundays and all hours worked over 40 in each week.
- Voluntary overtime available.
Minimum requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to work at Teknor Apex.
