Position: Therapist-PT-Physical Therapist (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced Therapist-PT-Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in New Bedford, Massachusetts — earn up to ($2598 - $2734 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in various settings.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.

  • Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

  • Engage in self-reflection and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.

  • Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.

  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.

  • Manage time effectively to meet patient needs and administrative duties.

  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and operational strategies.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Valid physical therapy license in Massachusetts is essential for practice.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

  • Experience in developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

  • Experience in utilizing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
