**The Team**
We are seeking a Technical Writer to support the creation, standardization, and maintenance of high-quality technical documentation to support global initiatives across the business. Reporting to the Manager, Technical Writing, the Technical Writer translates complex business, data, and technical concepts into clear, accessible content for use across the enterprise.
As a member of the Business Enablement team, the Technical Writer works with Business Enablement department stakeholders and business partners to create and maintain technical documentation in accordance with enterprise standards. The Technical Writer provides hands-on support by working with subject matter experts to develop internal facing documentation that support enterprise business objectives including policies, standards of procedures, job aids, and user guides.
The ideal candidate will have a background in writing business documents, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively with business and IT stakeholders to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
**What You Need to Succeed**
+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Information Design, or a related field.
+ Between 3-5 years of technical writing, business documentation, or training development experience.
+ Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
+ Familiarity with documentation tools and content development platforms such as Microsoft 356 Suite or Confluence.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to support end-user training and adoption.
+ Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and technical teams.

+ Fluency in English required; fluency in additional languages preferred.

Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, certifications, job level, and location. For U.S.-based candidates only, the base salary range for this position is $90,000-$105,000 annually, with eligibility for annual bonus, and annual equity award and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). For candidates outside of the U.S., salary and benefits are based upon local market practice.

**What You Can Offer Us**
+ Develop and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly technical and/or non-technical documentation including policies, standard operating procedures, user guides, and reference materials.
+ Translate technical or data-heavy concepts into accurate, user-friendly, and comprehensive documentation tailored to diverse audiences. Support the Reporting and Data Governance teams by documenting data standards, report definitions, and self-service materials.
+ Ensure terminology, formatting, and style consistencies across all documentation, adhering to enterprise brand and documentation standards.
+ Lead or participate in workshops with functional leads and subject matter experts to gather information, process insights, confirm technical accuracy and prioritize knowledge capture.
+ Maintain a central repository of documents to enable easy access for updating and management of version control in alignment with product releases and process changes.
+ Develop business relationships and integrate activities with colleagues, business stakeholders, and business analysts to ensure the successful implementation and support of projects.
+ Support the creation and maintenance of templates, glossaries, and writing style guides to drive consistency across all internal-facing documentation and communications.
+ Support the adoption of training initiatives by equipping business users with high quality, engaging materials that enable self-service documentation creation.
+ Other duties as assigned.
