Pay Rate: $180/hr for onsite patient care, $140/hr for telemedicine lab review.
Schedule: Tuesday 5/12/26 2pm to 11:30 pm
Wednesday 5/13/26 6 am-4pm
Thursday 5/14/26 4 am -1:30 pm

Job Description:
As Administrative Agent for the Program, VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Physician to provide the following Services to one or more clients of the Program. A Physician to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in Milford, MA.

VitalCheck manages administrative logistics and facilitates scheduling, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care (usually no more than 20 patients per day). This is an excellent opportunity to practice preventive and personalized medicine in a supportive, structured setting. VitalCheck does not provide medical care and does not control clinical decision‑making.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general wellness checkups.
• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
• Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
• Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree.
• Clean active license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
• Active BLS/ ACLS certification required.
• Board certification in specialty.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience following post graduate training.
• Background in family practice and preventive care preferred.
• Background in urgent care or emergency care will be considered.
• Focused on preventive medicine and patient education.
• Proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Personal laptop or tablet required .
• Must be able to reliable commute to Milford, MA.
• Physicians may provide services individually or through their professional corporation or authorized legal entity, subject to applicable licensure requirements.

VitalCheck Wellness Inc. (”VitalCheck”) is the administrative agent (the “Administrative Agent”) for the VitalCheck-Doctors In Your Office Program (the “Program”) pursuant to which independent healthcare providers and healthcare providers employed by hospitals and independent medical practices provide healthcare services to clients at various sites to detect and prevent illness, disease and to treat other health related problems. VitalCheck itself is not a licensed medical practice; licensed physicians and other clinical providers deliver the clinical care and are exclusively in control of and responsible for all clinical aspects of the healthcare services. As Administrative Agent for the Program, VitalCheck provides both Program clients and healthcare providers access to its proprietary technology, know-how, processes and techniques, and other administrative services including managing administrative logistics, facilitating scheduling, and collecting and processing payments.
