Advertising Broadcast Sales Representative – Boston, MA-Territory-Remote

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Representative to oversee and grow a protected Boston area territory. This role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships, and promoting innovative advertising solutions placed in high-traffic public environments with strong, captive audience visibility.
This is a field-intensive role ideal for a highly driven, energetic salesperson who excels in prospecting, closing new business, and maintaining long-term client accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, cold call, and build new business across the assigned Boston-area territory
- Conduct in-person meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Manage and grow a current book of business while generating new revenue
- Present advertising solutions to small, mid-sized, and large organizations
- Develop proposals and customized advertising packages
- Maintain accurate pipelines, activity reports, and account updates
- Work from a home office while spending most of the time in the field
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B advertising, media, digital, broadcast, OOH, or related sales experience
- Strong prospecting and new-business closing skills
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Reliable transportation and valid driverâs license
- Must reside locally in the Boston metropolitan area
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Experience selling digital, print, radio, TV, or out-of-home advertising
- Strong knowledge of the Boston market
- Background working in field-based, territory-driven sales roles
- Base salary: $85,000â$95,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped commissions with significant earning potential ($150Kâ$200K+ possible after ramp)
