Join LIV SAVVY CONSTRUCTION LLC as a Home Remodeler and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming homes in New Bedford, MA. We're looking for passionate individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and enjoy creating beautiful living spaces for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Execute residential remodeling projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and offer design recommendations.
- Perform carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and flooring tasks.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
- Communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- MUST HAVE EXSTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF EXTERIOR AND INTEORE REMODELS WE ARE A ONE STOP SHOP WE OARTE HOME BUILDERS WE DO MULTIPLE TASK DURING THE WEEK WE ARE NOT ONE DEMINENAL
- Proven experience in home remodeling or construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
