Cannabis Vault & Distribution Logistics Manager (METRC / Compliance Focus)
Temple Hill Collective is seeking an experienced Cannabis Vault & Distribution Logistics Manager to oversee finished goods inventory, compliance, and assist with distribution operations.
This role is critical to ensuring accurate METRC tracking, compliant labeling, and efficient fulfillment of finished goods across our manufacturing and distribution channels. You will serve as a key operational leader, working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and logistics to maintain compliance and optimize workflows.
Important Qualification Note
Candidates must have cannabis industry experience and familiarity with METRC (or equivalent seed-to-sale system). Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management of the finished goods vault, including organization, tracking, and accuracy
- Maintain full accountability for METRC inventory tracking and compliance alignment
- Manage and execute compliance labeling, product labeling, and fulfillment activities
- Coordinate distribution logistics and order planning, including forecasting and supply readiness
- Partner with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to ensure efficient order execution
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, compliance risks, and logistics challenges
- Monitor and manage department supplies and materials usage (packaging, labels, etc.)
- Supervise and support vault and fulfillment team members
- Serve as backup support for distribution and fulfillment leadership as needed
- Maintain strong communication across departments and escalate issues appropriately
What We're Really Looking For:
- Direct experience with METC seed-to-sale tracking systems
- Experience managing finished goods inventory in a cannabis manufacturing or distribution environment
- Strong understanding of state compliance, labeling, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage high-SKU inventory environments
- Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or distribution planning
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Must be 21+ years of age
- 1+ years of relevant experience in inventory, logistics, or cannabis operations
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory systems (Distru)
- Strong math, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Cannabis manufacturing or distribution experience
- Experience managing multi-sku finished goods vaults
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and movement in a warehouse environment
