About Us

Launch & Learn is a locally owned Early Childhood Education and Care Company. We currently have two centers in the Greater Boston area! We are looking for passionate and motivated teachers to join our team!

At Launch & Learn we offer early education and care to children ages six weeks to kindergarten age. Teachers are responsible for aiding children in accomplishing the goals and objectives laid out in Teaching Strategies.

We are play based! At Launch & Learn teachers design their own weekly curriculum with their teammates. We encourage careful observations of the children to determine their current passions and interests. The use of these topics results in the children being fully engaged in learning. Our teachers prepare fun and educational activities which help the children develop necessary skills for their future!

We are looking for teachers that genuinely enjoy their interactions with the children. A SENSE OF HUMOR IS A MUST!! We are also lucky to have wonderful and supportive parents at Launch & Learn. The partnership our teachers create with parents allows us to provide the best environment for the children to thrive!

Many childcare and early education centers have two teachers in each classroom, as mandated by the state. At Launch & Learn our model is to have three teachers per classroom to both improve the quality of care for the children, as well as give teachers the necessary support they need during their day. Teachers can constantly step out to plan, get supplies for the day or most importantly – use the bathroom!

Job Summary

We are seeking an EEC Certified Teacher to join our team.

• Must be energetic, nurturing, creative, and passionate about early education.
• Must have the ability to work with a team in developing reciprocal relationships with families and be able to design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.

Qualifications

• EEC Certified Teacher, have or interested in working toward an Associate Degree and/or a BA in Early Childhood or a related field.
• Have at least three years of classroom experience.
