Developmental Brain Injury Services
Location: Monson, MA
Pay Rate: $19.57-$22.53 per hour (see details below)
Schedule: Second Shift
ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate and dedicated leader to oversee a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries . - Ensure Safety and Well-being – Administer medications (MAP training available), provide transportation to appointments and activities, and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Lead and Collaborate – Supervise, train, and support staff while working closely with the Program Director to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay Organized – Manage staff schedules, track important resident information, and complete necessary documentation.
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries .
- A valid driver’s license (held for at least six months) with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
- Physical ability to assist residents as needed.
- Bonus: Training in MAP, PABC, or First Aid is a plus.
