Lead by Example as a Dunkin' Assistant Manager

Our Assistant Managers help keep the team moving, motivated, and ready to create positive guest experiences all day long. You’ll work opposite the Restaurant Manager’s shifts to ensure smooth operations, high energy, and memorable service. Most importantly, you’ll lead by example and support your crew — building the kind of culture where people want to work and guests love to visit.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead by Example – Set the tone through your actions, work ethic, and attitude

  • Support Your Team – Coach, motivate, and lift others up to succeed

  • Create Great Vibes – Build a positive culture where guests feel valued and crew feel appreciated

  • Drive Results – Support store goals through sales, cost control, and local marketing

  • Run the Shift – Manage staffing, inventory, cash handling, and store systems with accuracy

  • Partner with the Restaurant Manager – Work opposite them to provide full leadership coverage

Who We’re Looking For:


  • Leaders who lead by example and support their team

  • Positive, high-energy role models who inspire others

  • At least 6 months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience

  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

  • 18 years or older (or higher, per applicable law)
