Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations and provide employee assistance across multiple functions. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, benefits administration, training coordination, payroll support, and general office administration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job openings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage candidate follow-ups in accordance with internal procedures.

  • Review applications and communicate with candidates to maintain a positive hiring experience.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews (in-person, virtual, and phone) across multiple departments.

  • Serve as a primary contact for candidates and external partners throughout the hiring process.

  • Prepare offer letters and employment change documentation as directed by HR leadership.

  • Compile weekly recruitment reports to support hiring strategy discussions.

  • Develop new hire and benefits packets and assist with onboarding and orientation sessions.

  • Support recruitment outreach initiatives such as career fairs and external events.

  • Assist with documentation across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.

  • Draft professional communications and prepare presentations for HR training and engagement programs.

  • Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate processing of benefits and employment updates.

  • Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum 2 years of direct HR experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint)

  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
