Project Manager needed for immediate 6 month contract role in the Foxboro, MA area! Seeking a polished professional with proven expertise leading initiatives within process improvement driving Lean implementation within Supply Chain.

The right person for this role will develop and implement standardized frameworks to support supply chain process maturity and scalability. This PM will also lead Kaizen events, develop structure and create continuous improvement initiatives, from problem definition to completion. This role requires phenomenal communication skills for interaction with cross functional team collaboration, as well as 10+ years related project experience within the supply chain.

responsibilities:

• Establish strategies to improve process while driving Lean implementation

• Develop and implement standardized frameworks and models to support supply chain process maturity and scalability

• Lead initiatives for Continuous Improvement & Process Improvement for Supply Chain

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders such as supply chain, operations, procurement, to understand gaps and drive process improvement initiatives

• Create operational excellence through Lean principles, Kaizen events, and data-driven process improvements

Required experience

• Bachelor's degree along with 10+ years related Project Management experience

• Experience leading continuous improvement, process improvement and Lean initiative for supply chain

• PMP / LEAN Certification highly preferred

• Proven ability to positively communicate, maintain organization and thrive in a fast paced environment
