Our Braintree based team is expanding — and we’re looking for confident communicators who know how to close a sale to fill a full time Sales and Customer Service Team Member position. As a Sales and Customer Service Team Member, you’ll represent top-tier telecom clients in a residential sales setting, helping customers get connected while earning commission for every sale you make. As a Sales and Customer Service Team Member, you’ll be the face of our client’s brand, assisting customers with product information, resolving questions, and guiding them through the sales process. • Conduct face-to-face outreach to residential prospects within assigned territories
• Present service offerings in a clear and compelling manner
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate packages based on their needs
• Complete accurate enrollments using digital platforms
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
• Represent our clients professionally and uphold brand standards
