● Knows where to source materials
● Takes site photos at the end of the day
● Records progress for unofficial time tracking purposes
● Able to lead Field Technicians and demonstrate best practices
● Able to make suggestion to ease and assist efficiency at job sites
● Can effectively communicate using company-assigned email
● Able to independently assess site safety and cleanliness and assign tasks to Field Techs as needed
● Reliable transportation every day
