YOUR LIFE AS AN ASSISTANT HVAC TECH

This full-time entry-level position typically works M-F, 7 AM - 3 PM , with participation in an on-call rotation.

As an Assistant HVAC Tech, you are eager to learn! You ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Barrell Plumbing & Heating. You go out in the field and assist our experienced technicians. As you assist them and help increase their efficiency, they mentor and train you in this skilled trade. You learn everything from how to talk with customers to how to install and maintain heating and air conditioning systems. You also help keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized.

You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees. You also spend some of your time taking classes and continuing to expand your knowledge and skills. You are excited to be part of our team and can't wait to advance in this stable, well-paid skilled trade!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work on-call schedule
