Maintenance Laborer Job Description
Days of the week: Monday - Saturday
Attention hours: 7:00 AM First shift
Departure Time: 5:00 PM First Shift
Clothing: Boots / Appropriate clothing according to the weather.
Requirements
• Must be willing to take direction from their foreman
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
• Some experience in landscaping is preferred
• A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required
• Must be willing to work in varying weather conditions
Language: English, Spanish- Bilingual with both is most preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with landscaping duties such as mowing, weeding, planting, and mulching.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of outdoor spaces.
- Help in the repair of irrigation systems and outdoor structures.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects efficiently.

• Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar en diferentes condiciones climáticas.
Idioma: inglés, español; se prefiere bilingüe con ambos.
Responsabilidades laborales:
- Ayudar con las tareas de jardinería, como cortar el césped, desmalezar, plantar y aplicar mantillo.
- Realizar tareas periódicas de mantenimiento para garantizar el mantenimiento de los espacios exteriores.
- Ayuda en la reparación de sistemas de riego y estructuras exteriores.
- Operar y mantener equipos y herramientas de jardinería.
- Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo para completar proyectos de manera eficiente.
