Studio Manager - Cape House

B/SPOKE Studios is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Studio Manager to lead our Mashpee location and ensure an exceptional client and staff experience. If you are a natural leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for health, wellness, and community, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, staff coordination, and customer service.

• Manage instructor and front desk schedules, payroll submissions, and shift coverage.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, handling inquiries, feedback, and escalations.

• Track and analyze studio performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership.

• Drive membership sales, retention, and community engagement initiatives.

• Coordinate marketing efforts, special events, and local partnerships.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism across the studio.

• Support recruitment, training, and performance management of studio staff.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in studio management, hospitality, retail, or fitness operations .

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in scheduling, CRM, and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, MindBody, or similar platforms ).

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fitness, wellness, or hospitality environment .

• Familiarity with membership sales, retention, and event planning .

• Strong local community connections in Mashpee or surrounding areas.
