Job Description

• Assist clients with legal matters related to life sciences and technology transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and contracts.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients in the life sciences and technology industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance.
• Conduct legal research and provide insights on industry-specific regulations.
• Support clients in intellectual property licensing and collaborations.
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.

A successful candidate should have:

• Juris Doctor
• Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in Massachusetts.

• Expertise in life sciences and technology transactions.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
