Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Previous experience working with students in K-12 school environments is highly valued
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for fostering student success and development

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders
• Design and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student goals
• Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain comprehensive progress reports, IEP documentation, and required records
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer insightful recommendations
• Support compliance with state and federal special education regulations
