About the Job

As a Senior Account Executive – Tenting, you'll be at the forefront of creating extraordinary events and experiences for our clients. This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role responsible for driving new business, expanding strategic accounts, and growing market share within Massachusetts. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping bring complex event visions to life through innovative tenting and event rental solutions.

Success in this role requires a blend of business development, relationship management, and event expertise. You will own a portfolio generating approximately $3M–$4M in annual revenue while partnering closely with operations and production teams to deliver exceptional client experiences from concept through execution.

What You'll Do

  • Grow and deepen relationships with key clients, becoming their trusted partner for tenting and event rental solutions.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to expand your territory and drive revenue growth.
  • Consult directly with clients to understand their goals, event vision, and logistical requirements, then develop tailored solutions that bring those ideas to life.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews, analyze account performance, and uncover opportunities for continued partnership and growth.
  • Build detailed proposals, quotes, and rental solutions that align with client objectives and operational capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Production teams to ensure seamless execution, realistic timelines, and exceptional event outcomes.
  • Conduct site visits, participate in production planning meetings, and provide on-site expertise for complex or high-profile events.
  • Stay connected to industry trends and cultivate your professional network through client events, industry associations, and community engagement.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop sales strategies, strengthen market presence, and achieve ambitious growth objectives.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador, delivering a level of service and professionalism that earns long-term client loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:

What You Bring

Required

  • 8+ years of hospitality experience with an event rental company, caterer, food service provider, event planner, venue, or hotel
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals of $3M+
  • Availability to work nights and weekends when needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Nice to Have

  • Relevant sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related field
