Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience providing home health physical therapy services preferred.
• Ability to evaluate patients, set measurable functional goals, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide analytic documentation.
• Experience with diagnostic functional tests for muscle, nerve, and joint assessment preferred.
• Ability to provide patient and family education and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Reliable transportation for travel to patient homes within assigned geographic area.
• Comfort supervising and providing direction to Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students preferred.
