Client Service Representative (CSR) – Full Time

Are you a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented individual who loves animals? We are a busy, well-established 6-doctor veterinary clinic in Shrewsbury looking for a Client Service Representative to join our growing team!

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the first face our clients see and the first voice they hear, our CSRs play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every pet and their family. We are open to candidates at all experience levels — veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn go a long way here.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer a multi-line phone system and greet clients in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule and manage appointments for a high-volume, multi-doctor practice
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Cross-train as a veterinary technician assistant, including restraining animals and assisting with prescription fulfillment and medication dispensing
• Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and fellow CSRs to ensure smooth daily flow
• Handle client concerns and follow-ups with empathy and professionalism

SCHEDULE

• Full-time position
• Two Saturdays per month required

COMPENSATION

$18.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience
