RN Esthetics is a nurse practitioner–led medical aesthetics practice specializing in injectables, skincare, lasers, and wellness treatments. We are seeking a Medical Assistant to support our clinical team and help deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Room patients and assist with intake and medical history
- Assist providers during aesthetic treatments when needed
- Maintain inventory and restock clinical supplies
- Capture before-and-after patient photos
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols
- Support smooth patient flow between the front desk and clinical team
- Provide basic post-treatment instructions as directed by providers
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for aesthetics and patient care
