Wayland Home& Design is looking for a Sales Associate that shares our values.

Responsibilities:

• Able to offer amazing customer service.
• Able to assist customers making paint color choices
• Able to assist customers choosing fabric and wallpaper
• Ensures all policies and procedures are being administered and followed.
• Executes weekly in stock program.
• Able to come up with creative ideas to enhance the customer experience (highly recommended )

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Relative experience in paint and or design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Weekend availability
• Complete required in-store training
